There is even the science about the magical essence of numbers and their possibilities to influence the world. It is called numerology. Nowadays this is one of the most developed spheres of magic studying.

Pifagor is the father of numerology who was the first to recognise the importance of numerals. He developed philosophy according to which the whole world was built on numerals.

According to numerologists every number corresponds to the planet. In fact numerology was always connected with astrology. Since Pifagor times these numbers and planets that correspond to people can tell a lot about their personalities.

Pifagor and numerals

The main points of the modern version of the European numerology were elaborated in the 6th century BC by the ancient Greek philosopher Pifagor that combined the mathematical systems of Arabs, druids, Phoenicians, Egyptians with the sciences about the essence of people.

Pifagor was born in about 580 BC and travelled a lot about Egypt, Chaldea and many other countries and when he came back he founded the special philosophical study in the Southern Italy.

This society that was called the Pifagor's school where such subjects as arithmetic, geometry and astronomy were studied and made the most important discovered. Pifagor discovered that four known musical intervals could be reflected through the numerals from 1 to 4. Later he understood that the numbers 1 and 4 and added to them numbers make 10 in the sum making the saint number that is the material and spiritual part of the Universe and that is the perfect one.

If four notes can be reflected with the help of numbers then probably the rest notes could be also reflected through the numerals. According to him the Universe is reflected with the help of numbers from 1 to 4 that become the source of everything with adding 10 to them.

In fact Pifagor was the first who claimed the importance of numbers in our life.
